Offset & Digital Printing

Offset Printing is a professional, high-quality technique commonly used for the mass production of various materials, including marketing collateral, packaging, and publications. This method utilizes ink and metal plates to produce consistently sharp images. UV offset printing employs ultraviolet light to instantly cure ink, resulting in vibrant colors and specialized finishes on a diverse range of surfaces.

How It Works:

  1. Plate Preparation : A digital image is transferred to a thin, flexible aluminum plate. Image areas attract oil-based ink; non-image areas attract water and repel ink.
  2. Dampening & Inking : Dampening rollers apply water to the non-image areas, repelling ink. Ink rollers then apply oil-based ink, which adheres only to the image areas
  3. The "Offset" Transfer (Plate to Blanket): The inked plate transfers the image to a rubber blanket cylinder, creating a reversed image.
  4. Final Transfer to Paper (Blanket to Paper): The paper passes between the inked blanket cylinder and an impression cylinder. Pressure transfers the ink from the blanket to the paper, resulting in the correct, non-reversed image

Benefits:

  1. Superior Image Quality and Consistency
  2. Cost-Effectiveness for Large Volumes
  3. Versatility in Materials and Finishes
  4. Durability and Professional Appearance
